Welcome to the Australian Automotive Service and Repair Authority (AASRA).

Membership in AASRA facilitates access to automaker service and repair information, and validates your access to safety and security information with the automaker. As the Scheme Adviser for the new information sharing law, AASRA is required to collect information from you appropriate to the level of access you request.

PLEASE NOTE To Participate in AASRA you must:

  • Provide a Mobile Phone number and utilize a Smart Phone capable of downloading an application from either Android or Apple APP Stores.
  • You must provide a unique email address for your account. Shared accounts like Service@, Info@, Shop@ etc will not be accepted. You may use personal accounts such as gmail, yahoo, icloud etc.
  • You must be associated with an automotive repair business or a registered training organisation
